Product Warranty :
NEUROPOWER warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship based on the product offer and proposed stipulated period.
If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Neuropower will,
at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with a similar product.
If the extended warranty is purchased during initial purchase, it is recommend to advise Neuropower prior proceeding with the service.

What the warranty does not cover :
For product where the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed, or damage or malfunction resulting from:
Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification,
or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Neuropower.
Any damage of the product due to shipment for RMA Claim
Improper removal or installation of the product
Use of supplies or parts not meeting Neuropower specifications
Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect
An adverse operating environment
Product being operated outside the limits of its electrical specifications has been used in a manner contrary to the
product's operating manual or other written instructions.

The model and serial number of the product
A description of the problem (if available will expedite the diagnosis process)
